| What are the
commission rates?
We pay our affiliates well. You are limited only by the number
and amount of the sales you generate. Each "New" order will earn
you a flat commission of $25.00 plus you will also receive 10% of the
drug purchase amount. Each "Refill" will earn you 10% of the drug
purchase amount. This can add up fast. It is important to
note that commissions are not paid on shipping charges, only on the

What is the payment
policy?
All commissions and fees are paid only after the product has been
shipped to the customer. All payable commissions will be paid
for the pay period corresponding to the date the order is shipped to
the customer. In virtually all cases, orders are shipped no
later than the first business day after the order is placed.
Exceptions to this include: problems with payment and out of
stock product orders. These problems are not a part of normal
processing and should not pose any problems to the affiliate.
Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a customer will not receive
the product or will return the unopened package. In such cases,
if the sale is refunded, all fees and commissions paid to the
affiliate will be deducted from the next pay period.
What is the payment
schedule?
All payments are made on the following schedule. Orders that are
shipped between the 1st and the 15th day of the month will be paid on
the *20th day of the month. Orders that are shipped between the
16th and the 31st day of the month will be paid on the*5th day of the
following month.
* These are the dates checks are mailed, the date you will actually
receive payment is dependant upon the United States Postal Service and
any other Postal service you depend upon to deliver your mail.
Why
do you have separate order forms for men and women?
Unlike other companies, we have placed patient safety foremost
in every thing we do. Our order forms were not designed by a
webmaster, instead they have been designed by physicians.
Physicians are the only people with the qualifications, knowledge and
expertise to design questionnaires with the patients interests in
mind. The result is one of the most comprehensive questionnaires
seen on the web or in most doctor's offices. A by-product of this
design method is that individual questions for males and females have
been developed to insure accuracy and safety.
When can I start
sending traffic?
You may start sending traffic to the order pages as soon as you
receive your Affiliate Identification code via email.
Is there a limit
on traffic or sales?
There is no limit to the amount of traffic or sales you can generate,
in fact, it is in your best interest to generate as many sales as
possible. We will take care of the rest.
What about
Customer Service issues?
We require that you post the appropriate links on your website so that
all customer service inquires are made directly to Millennium Medical
Group, Inc. Failure to do so can cause customers to become
dissatisfied and may result in the termination of your affiliate
account.
What happens if a customer places a refill without coming back through
my website to do so?
It doesn't matter where the customer comes from when they place a
refill. We have installed redundant checks to insure that the
original referring affiliate always gets credit for future orders.
First, a Cookie is place on the user's machine. This Cookie is
updated each time they load an order form, to insure that it does not
expire. Second, even if the user comes through another website,
the original Cookie value is retained and used. Third, if for
any reason the Cookie is lost or the user places an order from a
different computer, our database will automatically detect this and
indicate the original referring affiliate to receive credit for the
order. To our knowledge, no one else goes to this extent to
insure that you get the commissions you deserve.
We are not a pharmacy. We offer services of advertising,
facilitating our customers in finding or locating licensed US
physicians, licensed US mail-order Pharmacies, billing and customer
service.
